Does Dazzle Decor have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept Walk-Ins?

Dazzle Decor is mainly Online-Based in Singapore. We do have a physical showroom with some of our items on display. Drop us an email / text to let us know what you are interested in so we can prepare them for you before you arrive. 

Showroom is available for walk-in viewing and purchase. Strictly via Appointment only. Please book an appointment here before visiting.

I have made an order from your website, is my order confirmed?

Thank you for your order, we will be processing your order within the next 48 hours. You shall be receiving a Confirmation Email from us and your order is confirmed. Kindly ensure your email address provided in your order is correct, please check your email within the next 48 hours upon ordering. If you did not receive the email, please check your spam/junk mail.

I have already submitted my order. How do I add more items to my order?

Unfortunately, as your previous order has already been submitted, you are not allowed to add in any more items. Kindly submit a new order and email us at [email protected] with your order ID if you would like us to pack them together.

How do I go about if I would like to make a bulk purchase?

For bulk purchases, please email [email protected] with the required items and quantity. We will get back to you as soon as we can.


What are the available modes of payment?

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express Card.


What are your shipping types and charges?

Select Self Collection if you wish to collect from our office. No delivery charge applies.

 •Orders below S$160 – Delivery Charge S$10


 •Shipping Charge depends on the shipping location and weight of the items.
 •You can view your Shipping Charge at Checkout after you entered your Shipping Address.
When will I receive my order?

Currently we are based in Singapore and only shipping within Singapore. Once your order has been placed, we will post out within 1-2 working days. You should be able to receive them in 2 to 5 days time. For more info on delivery options and timeline, please refer to HERE

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will email you a tracking code.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this moment.

One of my items in my order is missing upon delivery. What should I do?

Please email [email protected] with your order ID. In the unlikely event that we have missed out your item from your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered as soon as possible.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple satchels/boxes due to its size. If this happens, orders may occasionally be delivered in subsequent days. Please contact us to check if this is the case. In the unlikely event that we have missed an item off your order, we will arrange for a replacement to be posted out immediately or prepare the item to be picked up in store asap.

What if my order is damaged?

For fragile items, we use bubble wraps and corrugated cards to minimize the damage as little as possible. In an unlikely event that your item arrives damaged and not usable, please notify us with a snapshot of the product and order number via Facebook chatbox or Whatsapp available at the right bottom of the page within 48 hours once you received the item. We will then arrange for a re-mailing to you.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item?

We take extra care in packing your orders and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused when incorrect items are shipped to you. Please contact us at via Facebook chatbox available at the right bottom of the page to inform us and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you immediately or we will arrange for the item to be picked up from store.


I need the items urgently, can I self-collect my items at your warehouse showroom?

Yes, you may place an order at and opt for Self-Collection at Check Out.  Our warehouse showroom is located at 30 Shaw Road, Roche Building, #06-03, Singapore 367957.

Please drop us an email to receive a confirmation that your items are ready for collection before heading down.

What is required during self-collection?

For all self-collection orders, simply present your confirmation order via your mobile phone or a physical printed confirmation order.

Can I appoint someone to collect my order for me?

Yes, simply pass your confirmation email to the person whom will be collecting on your behalf.

Return / Refund

Am I able to return or exchange the item that I have received?

Unfortunately, we do not allow any returns or exchanges.
