The rental price listed is applicable for a standard minimum rental duration of 3 days.
For instance, if you pick up the items on Monday, you can use them for your event on Tuesday and must return them by Wednesday.
Items must be collected from our office at 30 Shaw Road, #06-03 @ Tai Seng. If you need a longer rental period or require services such as delivery, setup, teardown, or collection by Dazzle Decor, please contact us at hello@dazzledecor.com.sg.
Once we receive your order and payment, we’ll get in touch to set up a time for you to collect and return the items.
Collection and returns are to be made during the weekdays. We aren’t open during the weekends and public holidays, please choose the appropriate rental period to reflect the additional days if required.
A refundable security deposit that is double the amount of the rental fee will be collected via cash / PayNow prior to collection / delivery. For example, if you rent a display toy for $20, you will make a $40 security deposit when you come to pick it up. Please inspect the items for any damage before giving us the deposit. This deposit will be refunded when you return all items on time and in their original condition.
